Equipment Description

PET-CT is an equipment that combines PET and CT into one unit and accurate diagnosis for cancer is enabled. PET-CT is imaging tissue distribution by injecting radioisotope marked metabolite that emits positron or drugs. While medical image equipments like CT, MR provide anatomic information of body inside, PET-CT is imaging functional or physiological information of our body.

Applied target

diagnosis of almost all the cancers including lung cancer, breast cancer, cerebral tumor, liver cancer, esophageal cancer, uterine cancer, cerebral disease like epilepsy, dementia, and cerebral arteries disease and coronary artery disease including myocardinal infarction.
