Interpretation by the Global Healthcare Center
The Global Healthcare Center at Dongnam Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences (DIRAMS) provides interpretation support for patients who may find it difficult to communicate in Korean.

Interpretation Supporters (Busan Global City Foundation)
If you need a language other than English or Russian, or require a dedicated interpreter, you may request an Interpretation Supporter from the Busan Global City Foundation.
Details
- Eligibility : International patients enrolled in Korean National Health Insurance
- Languages (9) : English, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Nepali, Burmese, Uzbek, Indonesian
- Duration : 2 hours, on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00

- How to use : Call 1588-5644 → follow the ARS voice guidance → select the extension for your language → connect to a volunteer
